Following a competitive selection process, American Councils announces three residents for a new startup incubator initiative.
The Eurasia Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) Alumni Program is proud to share its revamped online alumni newsletter The Bradley Herald – named in honor of Senator Bill Bradley, who is considered the father of the FLEX program. The new site has a clean and fresh look and is easy to navigate. The design team, led by Kazakhstan FLEX alumnus Almas Kebekbayev ‘08, improved the site by adding to the creative ideas of the original FLEX Alumni designers at e-works in Yerevan, Armenia.
On September 8th, American Councils for International Education and Fazheng Group/Beijing Royal School, represented by American Councils President Dr. Dan E. Davidson and Fazheng Group President Mr. Guangfa Wang, signed a partnership agreement outlining proposed joint activities in the area of education. American Councils is pleased to partner with Fazheng Group/Beijing Royal School to encourage increased opportunities for students, faculty and professionals from China and the U.S.A.
September 19-22, 2013—American Councils for International Education hosted 92 alumni of the Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study (YES) Program in Istanbul, Turkey for the YES Program 10th Anniversary Alumni Workshop. The three-day workshop brought together alumni from 27 countries, including alumni from countries that are not currently participating in the program: Afghanistan, Algeria, and Iraq.
